Click the pencil icon next to a port to edit its configuration.
Editing a Port
- Click the pencil icon next to the PoE or ETH port.

- When enabled, the port receives its network settings automatically.
- When disabled, the network fields can be edited.
- When DHCP is disabled, enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway. All three fields are required.
- Click SAVE to apply the configuration permanently.
warning
Saving incorrect network settings can make SYNA unreachable through the edited port.
Recovering from an Invalid Configuration
If SYNA is no longer reachable after saving port settings:
- Connect a USB-C-to-Ethernet adapter to SYNA's USB-C port.
- Connect the adapter to a DHCP-enabled network.
- Access COLIGO through the fallback network connection.
- Return to SYSTEM → Network and correct the affected port settings.
